Promote University of Waterloo's School of Pharmacy
The University of Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy engaged our team to develop a streamlined, strategic recruiting approach to promote its highly specialized programs to prospective students. The focus was on increasing awareness among younger audiences, particularly through the Conditional Admission to Pharmacy (CAP) program, while also positioning the PharmD program for high-achieving candidates.

SOLUTION
Through collaborative stakeholder sessions, and student focus groups, we identified key opportunities and executed an integrated campaign spanning social media, web, and traditional marketing materials. A central component of the initiative was a video-first production strategy, designed to deliver engaging, accessible content that resonated with today’s digital-first audience.
SUCCESS
The campaign successfully elevated awareness and engagement across key student audiences, driving meaningful interest in both the CAP and PharmD programs. By combining a targeted digital strategy with compelling, video-first content, the initiative resonated with prospective students and modernized the School’s outreach approach. The result was a cohesive, high-impact campaign that strengthened program visibility and positioned the University of Waterloo’s School of Pharmacy as a leading choice for future pharmacy professionals.
